The B General Building license covers a whole-house remodel including structural changes and any rewiring, repiping or new heating. (§7057)
Licensed, with a condition
Three or more unrelated trades on an existing home is exactly what the B-2 was created for — as long as it stays non-structural and the systems stay where they are. Opening load-bearing walls, rewiring, repiping or adding heating takes the job out of B-2 scope. (§7057.5)
